Our Story

Vartana was founded in 2020 by Kush Kella and Ahmed Sharif.

During their work together at fleet management company Motive, Kush and Ahmed dealt with the pains and problems caused by broken contract management and rigid payments infrastructure. After years of first-hand experience watching deals extend due to a lack of payment flexibility, they left Motive to build Vartana, aiming to equip companies with a managed platform that helps sales reps close more deals, faster.

Today, Vartana is a win-win for sellers and buyers of SaaS services and hardware products. It gives vendors new tools to close contracts and generate cash with prepaid deals while offering buyers various payment options and a simplified purchasing experience, ensuring buyers are able to purchase the best technology available to grow their business.

The Mission of Vartana

We are on a mission to change the way businesses sell and buy technology, services, and hardware by simplifying every step of the sales closing process.

With Vartana, sellers can quickly close deals at the true value of their offering, and buyers gain payment flexibility to access the best tools and services. We help businesses reach their full potential with the most simple purchasing software, versatile payment options, and access to new cash flow—all designed to fuel growth.
